TGM's  "Code of Conduct":  Every TGM consultant will

  • Maintain the highest personal and professional standard of job performance;
  • Perform each assignment with the objective of bringing credit to our clients' relationships by helping them build trust and confidence in their ability to provide superior products and services;
  • Avoid any engagement or transaction that may pose or contribute to a conflict of purpose between the client's objectives and the client's business interests;
  • Comply with and assist TGM's clients to comply with all laws and regulations that apply to the federal contracting process;
  • Provide informed, expert interpretations of the current guidelines that apply to TGM's clients' interests;
  • Strive to expand the knowledge, skills and ability of our clients, to increase their competitiveness;
  • Endeavor to assist each client in identifying and avoiding circumstances in the process that result in having submissions and proposals being disqualified or rated down.
