Bio: CEO Dick Griffin brings a unique perspective to the federal contracting process.  With experience as both a federal official overseeing contracting activities, and a private sector contracting business owner, his insights and understanding provides leadership and vision to consulting services The Griffin Method provides.  Griffin’s public service career includes nine years as an information technology executive, policy analyst, and project manager at the U.S. Department of Education, the U.S. Department of Labor, and the White House.  

Mr. Griffin's assignments as career federal employee included service as a technical analyst, policy analyst, project manager, project director, and Contracting Officer's Technical Representative, or COTR.  Mr. Griffin's public service included assignments as an Excepted Service employee at the Presidential Task Force for Employment of Adults with Disabilities, as Director of the www.DisAbility.gov project.  He left public service with Certification level II for Contracting Specialists from Defense Acquisition University.

Before founding The Griffin Method in 2004, Mr. Griffin owned and managed construction companies and a dental prosthetic manufacturing company.
