Proposal Management

Nobody is awarded a federal contract until after the written proposals are evaluated, scored and negotiated.

Results to be measured are 'Win Rate' of proposals submitted and dollars won.  TGM believes it possible to sustain a Return On Investment rate of between 60% and 75% success rate.

TGM has worked with CEO's and their proposal writing/development teams on proposal processes, including compliance matrix development, component development, team member development, editing and proofing of writing assignments, red-teaming and submission. TGM provides focus on "NOT Losing" first, and defining "Best Value", and establishing compelling reasons for the proposal being rated as "Outstanding".

TGM's results for 2010 is 75% win for the proposals directly involved in writing and managing.
