By far, the most frequent question we are asked is, "What is the Griffin Method?" which we refer to as TGM.
Molded in the spirit of the Griffin symbol, the essence of TGM is to work with you to be the BEST Federal Contractor to get the job done.
#1 Establish knowledge: Know where the money is, who has the money, when they'll be allowed to spend it, why they will need to spend it, and what they will need to spend it for.
#2 Understand how: Show how what you sell will provide a solution to fit the mold required by the federal buyer, how to describe it using terms the federal buyer can accept, and how and when you can talk to the decision makers in the federal buying process. Various people in the federal decision ladder need different messages during the annual cycle: understand how to say what to whom when you are meeting with federal buyers.
#3 Participate effectively. In the Federal Procurement activities that will provide you the highest level of Return On Investment, pre-market before the formal RFP process begins. Develop and deliver clear, concise proposals that meet or exceed the proposal evaluators' expectations.
What The Griffin Method does for clients is map a process for navigating through the complications and nuances that encompass and support federal acquisitions within U.S. agencies contracting for goods and services.
The most important question we are asked is, "Should we consider becoming a federal contractor?"
